What is the warranty?
All products purchased through Dive Rite Mexico are backed by the branded manufacturer limited warranty. Warranties may vary by brand and type of product. You can consult the manufacturer’s website and user manual of the product for specific details. Warranty service usually requires return the product to Dive Rite Mexico or the branded manufacturer.
What is your return and refund policy?
We look for your complete satisfaction and we have a return policy. If any item you purchase from Dive Rite Mexico have fabric defect, you may return it; with the exception of the items identified in the product description as non-returnable.
The purchase price of the returned product in unused condition within 30 days of the date of delivery will be refunded to the original purchaser in the same form as the method of order payment. For merchandise returned in any other condition or after one month, the purchaser will be issued store merchandise credit.
We recommend you contact us before making a return because in many cases we can resolve your concerns without a return.
Can the “Ship To” address be different than the “Bill To” address?
Yes, your order can be shipped to an address other than your billing address by selecting checking out, entering your information will provide you the opportunity to manually enter any alternative "Ship To" address during the checkout process.
How do I cancel my order?
If you have not yet received notification that your order has shipped, we usually can succeed in cancelling your order before it leaves our store. You can just reply to the order confirmation e-mail you received with your request. You can also send your request via our Contact Us page or write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I pick up my order at your location (Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo)?
Yes, you may place an order for in-store delivery up to a maximum of 30 days ahead of the requested pickup date. Use our shopping cart as normal to build your order and our store address to your PayPal.

What is the cost of shipping?
The easiest way for you determine our shipping costs is to add your products to the shopping cart and select “Estimate shipping” and then enter the ship to address to see all the shipping options available and their cost.
Note that our shopping cart is sometimes not able to properly estimate shipping costs on multiple large heavy packages. If this occurs, we will notify you of any adjustments prior to confirming your order.
