We ship to the entire Mexican republic via FEDEX with an estimated time of shipment is 4-5 business days. The cost varies depending on FEDEX updated rates, based on the destination and the weight of the product.
Using your guide number you can track your shipment. Visit www.fedex.com. The guide number is notified to the contact mail once the shipping process is complete.
The preparation time of the order is 2 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday). Until the preparation process is completed, the tracking number that will be provided by mail (may be up to the seventh business day) is generated. Delivery varies depending on the type of shipment you previously selected. Changes subject to parcel service availability. The business days begin to count from receiving the payment confirmation email.
We ship to all Latin America via FEDEX. For Latin America the shipping cost varies, the customer will be responsible for any customs costs according to the consignee's country.
The shipping rates are based on the delivery service, the price, the insurance and the weight of the product and destination. To determine the cost, add your products to the cart and continue to estimate shipping cost so you can see the shipping costs and your total purchase.
What if I haven't received a follow-up email with my guide number?
Please contact email@example.com indicating your order number and a customer service representative will help you. Please be sure to check your spam or junk mail box and if after 7 working days of having made your purchase has not received the email with your guide number, please contact us.
What if I received my order, but I have broken products and/or my order did not arrive complete?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to proceed with the replacement of the order or the submission of missing items, if that were the case.
What happens if I have not received my package on the delivery date and the package page does not show any information?
In that case you have to contact the parcel to pick up an investigation. The situation can be notified to email@example.com and we will be happy to request information to the parcel. Please note that we do this as a courtesy to our customers as Dive Rite Mexico has no liability for loss, damage or theft of packages.
